1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using krafet.com (the "Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What Krafet is — and is not
Krafet is an automated domain-name research tool. It is not a registrar, not an appraisal service, not a broker, and not a financial or legal advisor.
All lists, scores, "estimated resale ranges", AI appraisals and availability verdicts on the Service are generated by software for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes:
- a professional domain appraisal, or an offer to buy or sell any domain name;
- investment, financial, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to acquire any name;
- a guarantee that any domain can be resold, or resold at any particular price;
- a trademark clearance or a statement that a name is safe to use.
3. Availability is not guaranteed
Every listed name was confirmed unregistered against the relevant registry's authoritative RDAP or WHOIS service at the time shown, and listed names are re-checked regularly. Availability nevertheless changes by the second and registries may reserve, block or price names as "premium" without notice. A name shown as available may already be taken, reserved or premium-priced when you try to register it. The registrar's checkout, not Krafet, is the only authoritative answer. Krafet has no claim on, and does not hold or sell, any listed name.
4. Valuations and scores
Scores and price ranges are the output of a heuristic model (length, extension, phonetics, keyword signals) anchored to typical aftermarket outcomes, and AI appraisals are generated by a language model. Both are statistical estimates that cannot see trademark conflicts, buyer demand, or your plans. Treat them as a ranking signal and a sanity check, not as a promise of value. Past aftermarket prices for comparable names do not guarantee future results, and you may be unable to resell a name at all.
5. Trademarks and third-party rights
Coined names are generated by pattern, not screened against trademark registers, company names or personal names anywhere in the world. Checking that a name is free of third-party rights, and complying with the registry's and registrar's terms, is entirely your responsibility. Krafet accepts no liability for any dispute arising from a name you register.
6. Registrar and affiliate links
Registrar links ("namecheap", "porkbun", "dynadot" and others) open the registrar's own website, where its prices, terms and privacy policy apply. Some of these links are affiliate links: Krafet may earn a commission when you register through them, at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence which names are listed or how they are scored. Krafet is not affiliated with, endorsed by or responsible for any registrar or registry.
7. Data sources
Availability data comes from public registry RDAP and WHOIS services and from the DNS. Krafet does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any registry data, which may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and the Service may be interrupted or throttled by those registries.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including cybersquatting or registering names that infringe others' rights;
- scrape, bulk-download, mirror or resell the lists or data without written permission (the free lists are for personal research; PRO exports are for the subscriber's own use);
- circumvent rate limits, PRO gates or other technical measures, or overload the availability checker;
- present Krafet data as your own appraisal or as a professional valuation.
Abusive traffic may be rate-limited or blocked without notice.
9. PRO subscriptions
PRO features (full lists, CSV export, AI appraisals) may be offered as a paid subscription at the price shown on the site ($4.99/month). Subscriptions are sold and billed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record; its terms of sale apply to payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds. A subscription unlocks features on this Service only and does not include any domain name. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Where PRO features are shown as open with no price, they are provided free of charge during a free period and may be gated later.
10. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KRAFET AND ITS OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM:
- your use of or reliance on any list, score, estimate, appraisal or availability verdict;
- any domain-name purchase, non-purchase, resale attempt or dispute made or arising in connection with the Service;
- interruptions, delays, errors or inaccuracies in the data or the Service;
- the content, pricing or conduct of any registrar, registry or advertiser linked from the Service.
You acknowledge that you use the Service entirely at your own risk. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid Krafet in the twelve months before the claim.
12. Advertising
The Service may display third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for their content or for the products and services they promote.
13. Changes to these terms
We may modify these Terms at any time; the date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced on the site.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, and any dispute shall be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
